Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fuller Built Insurance, LLC ("Fuller Built," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website, submit a form, request a quote, apply to join our team, or otherwise interact with us online (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you complete a quote request, application, coaching inquiry, or other form, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you select in our questionnaires (for example, coverage type, household details, income goals, timing, and similar responses).
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and general location, along with dates and times of access. Some interactions with the Site and its forms may be logged or recorded to operate the Site, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies ("cookies"). We use them to:
- Operate the Site (essential cookies required for pages and forms to function and to remember your cookie choices);
- Understand usage (analytics that help us see how visitors use the Site so we can improve it); and
- Support marketing (advertising or measurement technologies that may be provided by third parties).
When you first visit, we present a banner asking for your consent to non-essential cookies and tracking. Essential cookies are always active because the Site cannot function without them. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are used only where permitted by your choices and applicable law. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Your consent choice is stored on your device so we can honor it.
3. Consent to Communications & Recording
By submitting information through the Site or otherwise communicating with us, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of those communications and interactions, and you agree that we and our service providers may record, log, and analyze them to operate and improve the Site, respond to you, and for quality, training, security, and record-keeping purposes, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not consent, please do not submit information through the Site.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your requests, provide quotes, and follow up about insurance, career, or coaching opportunities you asked about;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- To communicate with you, including by email, phone, or text where you have provided your details and consented to be contacted;
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and insurance-licensing obligations; and
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed:
- Service providers that operate on our behalf — for example, our form-processing/email delivery provider, website hosting, scheduling tools, and analytics providers — who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us;
- Insurance carriers and partners when necessary to obtain quotes or coverage you request;
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety; and
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Some analytics or advertising technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state laws. Where that applies, you can opt out as described below.
6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, email us at Brian@fullerbuiltinsurance.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify and respond as required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
7. Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as scheduling tools or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
